As Tego Media deems necessary, communications will be sent to the User either daily, weekly, or on a monthly basis. These communications are simply part of the service provided and include:

• Niche campaigns for the User and using the predetermined criteria by Tego Media

These communications are sourced by Tego Media and will follow compliance rules as stated in section 4. The title is noted as “Disclosure of Information”, of this Privacy Policy. The User has the right to opt-out at will. The only requirement to opt-out of these communications is to send an email to Customer Service at info@tego.com.

Presiding Language
It should be noted that all communications from Tego Media will be in English. English is the language of choice for the purpose of this contract. Should this contract be translated at any time into any other language, the English version of the contract will be the legal and binding agreement.

Should you decide that using Tego Media is no longer right for you and you wish to update or correct any information that is personally identifiable, you must email Customer Service at info@tego.com. The Law on Children’s Privacy 
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998 is the standard for Tego Media regarding children’s online privacy. Tego Media recognizes that it is the true and right responsibility to do everything possible to protect the privacy of children. Tego Media does not knowingly ask for or collect information from persons stating to be the age of thirteen (13) or younger. Tego Media also makes it known that no part of our website is or has been at any time directed to persons under the age of thirteen (13). Tego Media shall delete any information that has been unknowingly received from any persons under the age of thirteen (13). Any information that has been received unknowingly in this respect will be deleted immediately.
